  1. Hi @soundofnature, Arabic languages is something we would like to support in the future, but we have no ETA. Sorry moved to feature requests Thanks, Gabe.
  2. You can now copy one of the tiles and paste in the empty slot 123.webm
  3. I think you mixed up the terminology a bit. Resolution is defined by the number of Pixels (not inch) in Height and Width. PPI / DPI would be the density of those pixels/dots per inch. Setting your document to 264dpi will not result in an "actual size". Because of the native 2x DPI of the iPad, you would have to check your design at 50%, and not 100%. When zooming, Designer iPad will ignore the document DPI and render everything at native 2X DPI. There is no "actual size - which calculates the zoom based on the DPI" on the iPad. So, all the "DPI dependent" units ( cm, inch, etc) would be calculated at the iPad 2x native DPI, meaning a "true" size would be shown at 50%. That's exactly why you see the correct 100% when creating a document in Pixels, and a "wrong" zoom level (50%) when creating it in inch. I hope this gives a bit more detail on how it works
  4. Hi @laurencem, Welcome to the forums. Have a look at this tutorial: Thanks, Gabe.
  5. The stroke studio is the second from the top. Tap on the solid line and not the dotted line, tap on "Drag handles to adjust pressure" and tap again on Reset. Make sure you have all your layers selected before this.
  6. Just beware that if your line sits in between 2 pixels ( let's say 10.5px ), make sure you only have "force pixel alignment", and not "move by whole pixels. With both turned on, it will move by whole pixels ( from 10.5 to *.5 ) and it will still fall in between 2 pixels
  7. Hi @Juergie, Welcome to the forums. This isn't possible at the moment but has been requested in the past. We hope to add an option to set defaults in a future update. moved to feature requests Thanks, Gabe.
  8. Hi @Patrick Bell, The best practice would be to draw a black rectangle and place it below the image in the layer stack Thanks, Gabe.
  9. Photo viewer opens the embedded jpeg which has all your adjustments, and not the raw file.
  10. Hi @Andy Clark, Welcome to the forums. You can try using the Rectangle Tool or the Pen Tool to create the shape you need, on top of your original image. Thanks, Gabe.
  11. I've had a quick look. There is nothing wrong with how we open the raw file. I've tested it on 2 more software and they all open the same, saturated, slightly over-exposed RAW. The in-camera adjustments( colour profile, sharpness, noise reduction, etc) will only work if you shoot jpeg. The RAW file will be untouched
  12. Hi @Vadim Rob, Welcome to the forums. If you want a compound object, you would be better off using Add rather than Divide. What is it that you want to create? Thanks, Gabe.
  13. Hi @squints87, Welcome to the forums. We load the RAW file with no in-camera adjustments. So that's probably why because you would expect a "flat" profile. If you attach the RAW file, we can have a look for you: https://www.dropbox.com/request/OZwzZEoS1HRwA2x23WlF Thanks, Gabe.
  14. Hi @CaptainBen, Welcome to the forums. You could easily do that on the desktop build using the coverage map. However, on the iPad, the coverage map option is not available. Our developers are aware of this and we hope to get it implemented in the future. EDIT - You can turn Force Pixel Alignment on, and move your line so that it's got an integer value for position and size. Thanks, Gabe.
  15. Thank you for the file. Your pressure was not set to default 100%, and eps cannot export lines with pressure as curves and will expand strokes to get it accurate. Even though your pressure was almost inexistent, that tiny curve made a difference when exporting it. Select all your curves, open Stroke Studio, Switch to Solid Line Style, click on pressure and reset the pressure. You can now export fine
  16. Hi @Toothfood, Welcome to the forums. Can you please upload the .afphoto file so we can have a look? If it's too big you can use our dropbox account. https://www.dropbox.com/request/Pp63maDVPT2D2fvbJm37 Thanks, Gabe.
  17. Hi @lunaluns, Welcome to the forums. Can you attach the .afdesign file so we can have a look? Thanks, Gabe.
  18. Hi @Ana89, Welcome to the forums. The Pen tool is not designed to have brush strokes. You can add a brush stroke after you create the stoke, but it will not "remember" the stoke for new ones. For stokes and different brushes, you would have to use the dedicated Paint Brush Tool. Thanks, Gabe.
  19. Hi @HenningMigge, Welcome to the forums. We do not have a shortcut for a soft return yet. Sorry :(. However, we hope to get more shortcuts implemented in the future. moved to feature requests Thanks, Gabe.
  20. Hi @Robert Borges, Welcome to the forums. MP stands for MegaPixels. You can work it out by multiplying the Height and Width ( in px ). Or, if you work in Affinity photo, choose the move or the pan tool and it will tell you the size on the top bar: Thanks, Gabe.
  21. Hi @Joe D. , Welcome to the forums. That really depends on the complexity of your designs, and how fast/slow it will work. We do not have a recommendation for this. I use an old Bamboo MTE-450 and it's fine If you export them as PDF, they should work. Just beware that we only support .abr brushes. Full Open or Import List: Adobe® Photoshop® PSD, Adobe® Illustrator® AI (containing PDF stream),PDF,SVG,EPS,Adobe® FreeHand® (versions 9 to 11),PNG,TIFF,JPG,GIF,EXR (Open EXR),HDR (Radiance),Affinity Photo native file,Affinity Designer native file You cannot save as .AI. Full Save or Export List, Adobe® Photoshop® PSD, PDF (can be opened in Adobe® Illustrator®), SVG, EPS, TIFF, PNG, JPG, GIF, EXR (Open EXR), HDR (Radiance), Affinity Designer (Affinity common file format) Can I upload files to use as templates for designing t shirt, mugs, etc graphics? - What do you mean by this? Upload them where? I would say the best way to test it would be to download our trial: http://affin.co/designertrial Thanks, Gabe.
  22. Hi @Mvdarbs, ON1 plugins are .8li format, and we only support .8bf plug-ins at the moment. Sorry moved to feature requests Thanks Gabe.
