  1. Hi @drumnkyle, How big is your document? If you force close the app while it's saving, loss of data is expected. Without knowing more details about your document ( size, size of your images, etc) it's hard to tell what's going on. Thanks, Gabe.
  2. Hi @drumnkyle, This really depends on the size of your photos/artboards, but I'm inclined to say it's expected. Can you attach a screen recording of your workflow? Thanks, Gabe.
  3. Hi @Antony Walton Welcome to the forums. The first one is not a bug, but just how the feature works. It will always add the current fill from your colour tab to the palette, and not the fill of the object/s. The second one is a bug and I've logged it with our developers. Thanks, Gabe.
  4. Hi @5argon, I cannot replicate this. Can you please re-attach the video? It seems that it's failed to upload properly. Thanks, Gabe.
  5. Hi @evtonic3, Sorry for the delayed reply. So that we are able to investigate bugs thoroughly could you please follow this link and update this post with the followings: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/forum/71-bug-reporting/ Thanks Gabe.
  6. Thanks. I've reproduced it and logged it with our developers.
  7. Try this please: Close Designer . Open Finder. Go > Go to Folder > ~/Library/Containers/com.seriflabs.affinitydesigner/Data/Library/Application Support/ and rename user to user.backup. Reopen Designer.
  8. Hi @Botulism, Sorry for the delayed reply. I've logged this with our developers for further investigations. Thanks, Gabe.
  9. Hi @MalcolmC, Sorry for the delayed reply. Can you please attach the crash report? You should find it in %AppData%\Affinity\Designer\1.0\CrashReports\reports Thanks, Gabe.
  10. Thanks. Does it crash if you try to do the same on a blank document?

  14. Hi @Godislove1, Sorry for the delayed reply. I cannot replicate this. Can you please attach a screen recording of this in action? Thanks, Gabe.

  16. Hi @Titinicus Sorry for the delayed reply. We are aware of this and it has already been logged with our developers. Thanks, Gabe.
  17. Hi @RickyO, Sorry for the delayed reply. I don't see any issues with those jpegs. They don't look pixelated at 100%. If you zoom in past 100% zoom, they will be pixelated, but this is expected, as their size is only 240x100px. Thanks, Gabe.
  18. Hi @Jhonatan S Silva, Sorry for the delayed reply. Anything that isn't an affinity document in the 'On my iPad' folders will not be recognised by the iPad and not importable. Applies to all exportable types, fonts, etc. The workaround, for now, is to move them to a cloud location - Dropbox/iCloud should work fine. Thanks, Gabe.
  19. Have you tried creating a new document or opening an existing one?
  20. Hi @mvlad, Sorry for the delayed reply. We are aware of this and it has already been logged as an improvement, as it's not a bug. Thanks, Gabe.
  21. Are you both using the exact same profile? if so, that profile might be corrupt. There is no way for us to reset the profiles, as they are held in a different location. You can delete it and get the one I attached and see if that fixes the issue. Check ColourSync Utility and see where that profile is stored.
  22. Hi @mvlad, Sorry for the delayed reply. We are aware of this and it has already been logged with our developers. Thanks, Gabe.
  23. Hi @Dabid, Sorry for the delayed reply and welcome to the forums. We have no control over the update process, as it's all handled by the App Store. I suggest you contact Apple and see what's going on. Thanks, Gabe.
  24. Hi @Manoj Mani, Welcome to the forums and sorry for the delayed reply. Can you try this? Close Photo. Navigate to %AppData%\Affinity\Photo\ and rename 1.0 to 1.0.backup. Reopen Photo and see if it's fixed. Thanks, Gabe.
