  1. This fix was specifically for Apple Wide Colour. Are you using a different colour profile?
  2. @Busenitz are you still facing this issue in 2.3? what macOS version are you running?
  3. This issue is still open, sorry. Once it's been fixed, you will get a reply from @Serif Info Bot on this thread
  4. You will need to remove and re-import the pack We will update the release notes to include this. Thanks.
  5. It looks OK to me in the latest beta. If the image is being sent to a plugin, our job is almost done. From that point, it's the plugin's responsibility to handle the image. We would come into play again once the image is sent back to our app when you commit your changes.
  6. It is a different issue to the one you previously reported and we cannot discuss/investigate in one single thread. If I open the afpackage, those notes are present. We need to know what you did to make them disappear.
  7. That's a different issue. Please create a new thread and we can look into it. We would need a video from the beginning as you have "Prevent widowed last lines" enabled in the packaged document you have attached earlier and they are not missing. So something must have changed in the meantime.
  8. Thanks. it seems to be caused by Min gap before. Setting it to 18 fixed it. Issue logged.
  9. I'm not too sure what's going on here. Page 13 for me looks like this. And Page 15 looks correct to me. I think we need a bit more context to understand what's not working this time
  10. We know about this issue and believe it's fixed in this build. However, any customisation you had done in the past would be lost. But going forward, it should work as expected.
  11. "Hides file extension" in our app does exactly what "Hide extension" does if you "Get info" on any file on finder. What exactly is the issue in your case?
  12. You most likely have a document with artboards. Clip to canvas only works on documents without artboards.
  13. It is definitely a bug. It started off as a general issue affecting all OS'. It got fixed, but it looks like it was Ventura specific.
  14. That's correct. I can replicate it on an a Monterey machine. But wanted to see if it's fine for you on a Ventura machine too.
  15. This appears to affect macOS 12 and before. Do you have a macOS 13 that you can try it on at all?
  16. We don't force anyone using the beta process if it's not something they have time for. If you choose to use it, you have to follow the rules.
