Hi all when I import NEF files into Affinity photo on my MacBook I notice the edges are getting ever so slight;y cropped . I use fast raw viewer to view the original file but find this discrepancy when transfered to affinity for editing. Very frustrating. Any thoughts? Thanks

Thanks what I’m finding is if I import one RAW file off the card reader and immediately open it in Affinity it opens as a RAW, if I import multiple files in Photos, Affinity opens them as jpeg. Not sure where the problem lies but I suspect it is the iPad

Yeah I’m using RAW L large on the D850. My understanding is that is the only Nikon raw format supported by Apple that is compatible with Affinity on the iPad

Update tried importing from Dropbox but same it opens in the photo persona

When I try to import photos labeled RAW from Photos app on the iPad they open in affinity in the Photo persona rather than the develop persona as I would expect. Am I doing something wrong?
