Affinity Not Responding

in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

I JUST downloaded affinity photo (march 2018) and it crashed (not responding for more than 10 minutes) both times I tried to import 3 or more raw files. Can the program seriously not handle raw? It’s a new camera so maybe the 25mb photos are too

much? Anyone?
