My Pc Spontaneously Reset itself, Which Erased The installed Apps. So, I Need To Reinstall A.P. And Enter the license kEy. The key Has 32 Digits Or Letters. However, The Product Key Field oNly Allows pasting or Typing 16 Characters. What's Wrong?

Last night tt was fine. Today, I start Affinity Photo and the whole tools bar is grayed out. Don't know why. Don't see how to fix it.
