[instagram filters]

Where is the library panel? I was looking at the video with the instagram like filters but can't seem to find it

Thanks for your quick response, that does the trick!

[Shortcut to fill with foreground&background colors]

I know of the shortcut to "Fill" and then chose a color from there, I think there should be one for filling with foreground and background to work faster with masking
