Windows 10 Store showed update for Affinity Designer 1.10.1.1142 to the next update, but when clicked on install an error notice appeared and now I cannot use my old Affinity Designer, it seems to have disappeared. Since downloading from Windows store means you do not get a Product Key, downloading the new update manually will not work since the software requires a Product Key. Windows store has no solution for this so I question whether this source should be used if there is no recovery from their error?

Received Affinity Designer update on Microsoft Store Update, update downloaded but then had an error on installation and now cannot use my designer program. Microsoft has no idea what they messed up and of course there is no product key when you buy it from them and so cannot manually download the updated program. Any ideas.

Purchased the Ritson Atmosphere assets pack from Affinity on 4/3/2021. I clicked on the download file name in my accounts, the file loads and then the whole application crashes dead as can be, even shuts the whole computer down. This happened on three attempts.

At this point I have created several graphics with no problems; program opened and runs smoothly. On my beta edition I seem to have only one choice on assets and that is for Iphone associated matters. Just wondering where other assets may be found. Grafikos
