Okay, so I moved my mouse pointer in the header of that column and dragged it to the right a littlebit and it became a mobile movable column. And I just clicked on the X on the upper right of that specific column and it is gone. So it is resolved.

R C-R, there is no delete option. I just want to get rid of that annoying column. see picture I added: on the picture, the column on the left with assets and appearance. I want to get rid of that.

I created words (letters) converted to curves - ungrouped then trying to cut out curves out of the letters and it just does not work using the way explained above.
