Using Publisher & Designer on Win 7 system and I am updating to WIN 10 Pro on both my PC & Laptop. I am in midst of reinstalling my software on my laptop and when I go to my account and download the installation file, it will not run. A pop screen showed .net35 file was needed and Windows installed it. When I double click on the download file, nothing happens - if I try to open it, nothing happens. Need to reinstall this software on both my laptop and PC - can anyone provide guidance? Thanks!

Just updated to latest version of Publisher and noticed support for Indesign files. I use an old version Of Adobe CS2. Does anyone know if I can open these Indesign files (.indd) with Publisher and how to do it? Thanks for any input!

Can Affinity Publisher open a PagePlus X8 file?.Is there any way a Spreadsheet created in X8 can be opened in Publisher. I have an extensive spread sheet I would like to embed in Publisher and I am looking for ways to do it Thanks!

Long time user of Serif Pageplus products. It may sound basic, but I can't set up a basic document in single spacing and then adjust leading as needed. I see the leading control, but do not see how to set up a document using single spacing. Pageplus was much easier and I guess that's what I am used to so I tend not to use the new software. I always thought 12 point or 120 was the default for single line spacing. I use this quite a bit in my Form Design and I would like instructions how to set this up as a default so I can use the new software. Also is there any way to copy text from an existing PDF and Paste into a text box in Affinity Publisher Any help appreciated!

New to software. Have been using PagePlus for years on PC.How do you draw a straight line and define it (solid, dotted, pt size, etc). PagePlus had control that made it simple. Is there a line tool other than Pen or pencil and are there any fixed line styles? Sample attched Line Sample.pdf

Long user of PagePlus desktop publisher on PC. Not an expert in Graphic design. Can Affinity Designer for PC open an Existing TIFF or PDF file and create a transparent background? Can it change colors within the file and edit existing type?
