A trick I just came up with: reduce the length of your dashed line bellow 0.2, I am using 0.1 as length of the dashed line with a stroke width from 2pt. The dashed gap I set to 2, and that's it. This not ideal but as long as dotted line is not implemented will be using this for mockups !!!! Would be thankful if the Affinity Development Team would implement this soon!
