  1. Thats exactly what my point was, its been so many days and im not using the book instead using youtube, i usually sits on couch grab my iPad or may be MBP and use affinity, but in order to use this book, I have to sit in front of table like i do all week in my office, im best learner when im sitting relaxed, Serif please listen we are willing to buy e-books.
  2. Yes now moving all my ipad files to icloud so when i open them again they keep in sync
  3. i didnt checked the book yet thoroughly, but now ill definately check, I really want ebook, this book is too heavy and stiff its not allowing me to use it.
  4. I also posted on one of Affinity group om facebook, hard copy of book is very inconvenient to use, its heavy and stiff makes its very unusable, on the other hand if we get digital copy we can use it side by side on mac and on ipad and that will be a killer combo and best way to learn.
  5. Why iPad version of Affinity saves projects in app instead of icloud drive affinity folder, i guess the ipad version should link it main screen to affiniy photo folder in icloud file app, if i update from ipad i can use same on mac, but in this case i have to export project to icloud drive in order to use it on mac, and if i forget to export then i cant open that project on mac, same as if i export that project in icloud and edit it on mac then i want to do something on ipad with same file then ill have to open from icloud and that copies to ipad version but not updating the icloud version, with this practice the more i import the more copies ill get on ipad version, which is quiet waste of space.
  6. I just posted same concern, this is flaw in their file system, affinity creates icloud folder right when we first time opens affinity on mac then when we open ipad version it keeps every projects in it own system without using icloud, so if you have to edit back and forth then you need to export and reimport to icloud drive from ipad everytime, which means the ipad cersion main screen will have so many copies of same file, thats completely a mess, today i decided to export all my files to icloud from ipad, as i use ipad version more because whenever i open mac those files aren’t in icloud then i leave it there and decide next time ill copy in icloud then forgets.
  7. Why iPad version of Affinity saves any project in it self instead of icloud drive affinity folder, i guess the ipad version should link it main screen to affiniy photo folder in icloud file app, if i update from ipad i cam use same on mac, but in this case i have to export project to icloud drive in order to use it on mac, and if i forget to export then i cant open that project on mac, same as if i export that project in icloud and edit it on mac then i want to do something on ipad with same file then ill have to open from icloud and that copies to ipad version but not updating the icloud version, with this practice the more i import the more copies ill get on ipad version, which is quiet waste of space.
