somewhereinusa got a reaction from Adam_D in set rotation of an object or group to 0
Thanks for the replies, I always seem to want things that I can't have. 😁 It isn't really a problem except for my own ocd. Those selection boxes being not square make the combined group bigger that it actually is.

Annoying things are so annoying.

Thanks Callum and Old Bruce. I don't have a new enough system for hardware acceleration and changing to nearest neighbor had no effect. It isn't a BIG deal, just annoying.

Could just be a redraw problem with the hardware. I don't know of any easy fix. You could try turning off Hardware acceleration in the preferences.

Hi somewhereinusa,
As Old Bruce mentioned this is likely a redraw issue. To test this you could go into the apps preferences and under performance you can set the view quality to Nearest Neighbour you should find the issue doesn't happen as often with this setting but the canvas may be being drawn at a slightly lower quality.
Thanks

Made some changes, learned a lot about adding highlights and shadows.

Or when your 5 month old Australian Shepherd beats all of the much older Senior Obedience candidates to smithereens (German Shepherds, Goldens, Labs, Corgis, etc.) whose owners give you the collective evil eye.

Alfred, can be either one. Depends on planet alignment, weather, time of day, karma, fate, temperature, Voo Doo, witchcraft, etc. Best times are when you are in the middle nowhere, just you and the dog and the livestock. Worst times can be at a demo or field trial with lots of spectators. 😎

I've been using designer for some time to draw detailed wiring diagrams and draw designs for my CNC router.
I've recently tried my hand at some art work. These are all vector

somewhereinusa got a reaction from Patrick Connor in [Implemented] Hyperlinks for Affinity Publisher
I just found out that the page number in a table of contents is already a hyperlink to that page. How cool is that?

This confused me when I first read it. I should have said I just downloaded 249 NOT 239

Is it possible to have a hyperlink on a master page that works on all pages?

Hi somewhereinusa,
Thanks for the files, I've reproduced the issues here and got them passed on to development.

somewhereinusa reacted to Jeremy Bohn in Nudge guides with arrow keys
I'd like to see the ability to select a guide and nudge it's position with the arrow keys. Currently it doesn't seem to be possible, you can only click and drag to reposition.

somewhereinusa reacted to CliveH in Multi-page table?
I want to create a table which spreads over 2 or 3 pages but can't find any way to do this. I'd assumed I could link 2 tables, in a similar manner to text frames, but it doesn't seem possible. Am I just stuck manually splitting the data over 2 or 3 separate tables?
Thanks

Alfred and firstdefence, that did the trick, thank you so much for your help.
Alfred the apostrophe is there. You can see it in outline mode. I design for Shaper Origin which is a hand held CNC router, the machine "sees" what I see in outline mode.
