Thanks for the hint with the multiple view! It's a practically work around.

You can however create multiple views of the same document and this way possibly have better use of your workspace:

Unfortunately it seems that the feature is still buggy on macOS, where it is also impossible to detach all windows similarly to be able to arrange them as above. Auto-docking near edges is also a great nuisance [but can be avoided by using the Ctrl-key while moving a window]. On Windows this can be alleviated by using the PowerToys FancyZones tool, but once the Affinity apps have scripting support, these kinds of window arrangements can easily be created by user-created scripts. I expect this community to be particularly productive in creating free scripts!
UPDATE: When using split views, it is useful to desynchronize the tools so that they are NOT window-dependent (one might assume that all views on the same document would automatically share the tools, but this is not so):

Hi Rene. FYI this has been reported by many others so it's already on Serif's list. The workaround for now is to convert the warp group to curves before exporting to PDF. I tested this with your document and it worked fine.
If you may need to edit the text again in the future, don't save the document after converting to curves, or better yet, duplicate the layer and hide one copy.
    Cheers

Hi @ReneCGN, @antonioborges & other users visiting this thread.
Please create a new, separate post for your issue - so that our team can investigate each issue as required, unfortunately trying to support many users at once in one thread can be confusing at best, or can possibly lead to replies being missed by our team.
    Thanks for your understanding here

I'm having the same problem here. It was a rather small file, with some graphics and figures, which were incorporated into the file, and it did not export to PDF. I moved all the pictures to the same folder as the file, and changed them all from embedded to linked. The PDF was generated quickly with no issues.

This does indeed seem similar to the issue I've logged for @ReneCGN.
Thanks for the well written report, I've added these files/information to that issue

Hi all. Thanks for your patience over the weekend when our offices were closed.
We've had a meeting this morning and decided to ALSO offer MSI installers to those people who would like them. I can't tell you when this will happen, as there is engineering work that will be required to allow this to happen, but we hope it won't be long.
    Thanks for your feedback!

Ah, sorry, I’m fairly sure you need to also set Candidates to something that isn’t “Candidate List” (as in my previous image).

ReneCGN reacted to Jens Krebs in Change the order of Artboards when exporting whole document to PDF
Even though, ordering the newest artboard on top and exporting the first created one (bottom of the stack) first, makes absolute sense and is logical, it would help if the artboards were numbered through, starting with the bottom one and counting upwards — maybe with the counter number in brackets, independent from the name of the artboard and unchangeable (always updating when moving artboards in the layers off course). Displaying these numbers in an additional column in the layers palette could be optional. Would help greatly in seeing the export order for those who use the artboards as pages in multipage documents.

    Here are some alternative solutions.
To get an embedded PDF with colours specified as one channel greyscale:
select the embedded EPS export to PDF with Area: "Selection without background" and Colour Space: "Grey" replace the embedded colour EPS with the exported greyscale PDF To get an embedded EPS with colours specified as one channel greyscale:
double-click the embedded EPS to open it into a new document view convert the new document view to Grey/8 export the new document view to EPS close the new document view replace the embedded document (which is now a greyscale mode Affinity document containing coloured objects) with the exported greyscale EPS To get an embedded greyscale mode Affinity document containing coloured objects:
double-click the embedded EPS to open it into a new document view convert the new document view to Grey/8 close the new document view

This works on Mac and it may work on Windows.
Select the artboard and group it. Resize the group. Ungroup it.
You'll see the original size of the artboard remain the same until you ungroup it.

There are probably lots of different ways to do what you want depending on your exact requirements.
One way would be to give the Image layer a black Stroke.
Another way would be to give the Image layer an Outline Effect.
Another method would be to put the Image layer inside another slightly-larger layer and give the parent layer a black Fill.
And there are other ways, and various combinations.
It really depends on what you have and what you want.
It’s difficult to advise further without seeing more of the image and your Layers Panel.

I recommend checking out the following thread regarding this! It isn't likely to be a feature we bring to Designer, but this is possible in Publisher.
