Very many thx for all the speedy help. Will revert to a Time Machine back up as thousands of pics have disappeared with the Affinity upgrade. Will defer upgrade to1.9! A

Thanks for your speedy replies. I believe that I purchased Affinity from the Apple App Store in January 2018. Does that have implications re locating the product key number ?

I need to download Affinity Photo again as v 1.9 crashes my computer repeatedly. My product key isn't showing in my Affinity account. I am using it on macbook pro . Can you please email me my product key ? Thanks
