Hi Gerlach,
Welcome to Affinity Forums
Go to menu Document ▸ Resize Document... change the DPI value, untick Resample and press Resize.
Note that currently there's a bug when exporting the file that prevents the new DPI to take effect. In the Export dialog press the More button and untick Embed metadata to work around this issue.

DPI doesn't matter for web use.
Go to File -> Export. The next window lets you select the file format you wish to export to. Click on the More button for expanded options such as colour profile, etc.
