Didn't help - thanks. The bizarre thing about this problem is that I don't encounter it on a similar (but not exactly the same) computer - same Win 10 etc. And the other Text Wrap >> commands all work as they should, including edit outline and reset. And also all other dialogs work as they should. -
Designer has View > Zoom to Selection, but Publisher also needs this. My mistake - now I see this.-- I was in the Photo Persona.

Text Wrap >> Edit wrap outline works, but I cannot get the Text Wrap >> Show text wrap settings dialog to show. Same result on the Lifestyle Magazine example. I'm sure it was working in a Beta.

Downloaded and installed Win v 128, no problems, I see most of the fixes. Thanks so much for such quick fixes - love Publisher - keep up the great work.
