  1. Ah, thanks for letting me know. At least I know now that this wasn't a user error;-)
  2. When defining custom object styles, AFD lets me create new ones only when I delete existing styles. For example, I defined a line style for a dashed line. If I also want to define a line style with a solid line, the 'Add Style from Selection' action does not work. Same goes for fill styles. In general, I would also expect there to be an 'update style from selection' item, which there apparently isn't, which should affect all objects a particular style was applied to, similar to global colors.
  3. See attached image. Not much else to say, it's a bug. Latest version of macOS and Affinity Designer. I guess it isn't the only UI bug ... sigh, see attached.
  4. Wouldn't that be great? I have a dataset where I'd like to resize the symbols, but I don't see a way of collectively affecting their size w/o changing their positions as well. If I could easily replace the data points by a symbol, I could make this happen. Select similar, would be nice as well. I guess I am so used to use this feature in AI.
  5. I am trying to do exactly the same thing, but cannot possibly replace all the data points with symbols manually. I don't think it is currently possible to collectively resize the symbols w/o individually selecting each one of them. Has anybody found a workaround?
