I just bought and paid for affinity designer and tried to register but it said it cannot and to try again

Downloaded the latest mac version to update my A Deigner and it replaced my program file - then it asked me for a product key and I couldn't find it.... Please could you find it for me... and send it... perhaps I did things the wrong way and should have opened my old program then "Updated" it not downloaded the latest version ... So what do I do??? Can you send me my product Key please and advise me how to manage this situation... OR - is there a simple way to divide a circle into 9 increments with radii lines which I can select and copy and paste?

how do i render it into a drawing with 9 lines or radii so that i can select a line and copy and copy and paste it into another circle or another possibility is how do I create a point in the middle of a circle and then draw 9 lines from the center point - each 40 degrees apart so that I end up with 9 radii - each of which I can copy and paste?

Can i use affinity Publisher or Designer to create a slideshow of graphic images and photos to cycle through pics with a set time of each? Do I need to convert to video to share as an MP4? Or is it only possible with Affinity Photo?
