[Color Overlay Not accurate,]

Try changing the overlay value in AP? Does that work for you?

I have a psd I opened in AP. Some of the layers have a color overlay. 

The color overlay is set as R:30 G:0 B:0. When I sample the color it is R:31 G: 1 B:1 

If I export the image the color is R:31 G: 1 B:1.

Any Ideas what is happening and how to fix this.

Ya there was something weird with the layer I was trying to paint on. New project with a clean layer worked as intended.

When using the pixel tool in affinity photo I expect the tool to not have anti-aliasing. In the attached image you can see what happens when I try to paint a single pixel. Is there a setting I am missing?
