Transfer/copy program settings to multiple workstations?

hwarter posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

Is it possible to transfer the made program settings from one workstation to others? (Windows and MacOS) E.g. export or cloud synchronization would be very fine and comfortable.
