  1. I don't know why, but it was not possible to mark all text from cursor position to the end of the document with <strg>+<shift>+<end> (and delete them) in my calender document with many text blocks and 3 columns of each block as you see it above. There always was more and more text and it was a crazy job to remove this text without seeing it. I tried to reproduce the problem in a empty document, but there all worked fine.
  2. I use connected frame text for a calendar layout. Each Day is one frame text - so i can place and align each day-element individually on different calendar layouts. But... how can I edit the complete text? In InDesign I used Ctrl-Y to edit the full text in a simple text editor. How to do this in Affinity Publisher?
  3. I tried to find a workaround for my search and replace-problem and so I created two master pages - one for each language. But there is no way to restrict search and replace for a single master page. All existing master pages will be modified by search and replace and there is no way to prohibit this, too.
  4. Search and Replace should be disabled for protected (!) layers as default - or what means "lock"? Maybe there could be a switch to choose if search and replace should also be executed for text in protected areas, but it is very annoying if text is changed in proteced areas without an option to "protect" it really. For ex. I duplicate a layer to translate a text. Then i search and replace periodic text elements - and they are changed in protected layers too. This is annoying! Regards Ralph
  5. Thanks, you are right, this feature is available, but only after selecting the pdf file itself in the layers menu. Selecting the frame with placed pdf in it did not show the page selector! It is not a missing feature, but a difficulty with user interface.
