  1. Hi James, Thank's for the conformation that the issue is not isolated to my setup / workflow. I will experiment a little more today to see if I can remove the visual issue by hopping in and out of the projection mode in various different ways. I bracket the Theta shots using a dedicated IOS app called Simple HDR made by the guys over at Greyscale Gorilla : https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/simple-hdr/id1035541353?mt=8 Other than the editing issue described above, bracketed shots produced by the app and imported into Affinity HDR merge have produced the best overall clarity and tone I have seen from any application I have tried merging the bracketed exposures in. Knowing how easy it will be to remove the tripod in Affinity's projection mode in the future (when this issue is ironed out) makes this the obvious choice for me.
  2. Hi there, So I find your unable to edit a 360 HDR image in projection view? 1: HDR merge 6 bracketed images from Theta 360 cam. 2: Apply, and return to pixel persona. 3: Go into equirectangular projection mode. 4: Rotate around, and edit something using the inpainting brush. 5: Press ctrl + cmd + p to return the ability to rotate. 6: The moment you rotate, a ugly plane appears in the scene, that is sized and aligned to the size and position the view was in at the point of editing in step 4. Note: Merging the 360 HDR, and saving out to disk as an HDR, then reimporting as a single file does not change this behaviour. See attached sample screenshot.
  3. Further experimenting and testing has revealed that you can in fact import an eps file created in the Sketch app into Cinema 4d. You just need to close the spline after import (no big deal). But attempting to import an eps file created with Affinity yields nothing. Cinema does not throw any error messages, it just yields nothing. I am testing with a simple circle object, 1px stroke, and no fill. Kind regards Gary
  4. Hi there, Affinity designer looks great, and i'd be happy to drop Illustrator in favour of the app with one addition.... Part of my daily workflow is creating splines for importing into Cinema 4D. Cinema 4D requires the splines be saved as .ai files.. specifically illustrator version 8 .ai files. Generally i think .ai file option would be welcome. But the option to save a file specifically in Illustrator version 8 .ai perhaps in the guise of C4Dspline would be awesome. See attached image : Kind regards Gary
