I'm not sure if this is a bug or not because I haven't had this problem before. But now, when I create a text frame in Publisher the horizontal alignment is off. For example, center is actually off center. I checked tabs, paragraph leading but those settings seem to be fine.

I just purchased a new Mac. I downloaded apps, including Designer and Photo, that I've purchased onto it. But, when I tried to download the Publisher app, it's coming up as a $24.99 cost. I already paid for it so not sure why it's not a simple iCloud download?

I don't remember this before in previous versions so trying to understand if this is a bug or how to turn off, but there's a light red stroke or outline on my text.
