How to switch on Symbols Panel?

Okay - I have found a tutorial that shows the step I need..... So for anyone else having the same question: View > Studio > Symbols On "View" Menu > go on "Studio" > switch on "Symbols"

I'm trying to use the Symbols feature, however I can't find how to switch on the symbols panel that I see on video tutorials. Any help please?
