I'm trying to figure out how to resize a selection marquee. For instance, the selection is 1182px and I want to resize it to 1080px. Is this option buried somewhere in the UI?

Crippled by lack of alternate context

As the title suggests. Workflow is crippled by nonexistent alternate context menu options (right click). How does one freely transform a selection? Is there a plan to develop this in the future?
