I even delete the program and re installed same issue

The program works in Jpg  great . The  Canon  raw  CR2 has this fish look . I can not get it to work

I also used adobe dng converter  . From cr2 to dng . Still have fish eye look

Seems lens correction isn't being applied for some reason. Which camera model/lens are you using?

Can you provide/upload us the original RAW file displayed on your screenshot? You can use this link to do so.

Also are you using a Mac or Windows computer?

 

I am using windows 10 . Camera G7X Mark 2 . file CR2 . I tries JPEG file same issue

I have the free trail . I wanted see if this would open Canon CR2 files Which it does . 

When I open a photo  raw or JPEG I get a black rounded corners and fish eye view. The photo  1 photo you can see has a fish eye round look . Am I doing something wrong ? 

What I am doing 

File - open - select photo - Then this fish eye round edge photo comes up 

I tried several photos same issue 

i really want Like for this to work .
