I bought the Win10 store version of Designer and Photo but can‘t claim the free stuff because I‘m getting the error message „This basket has already been used“.

Hi, I just purchased Affinity Photo and Designer through the Windows 10 store and wanted to claim the free UI Kit and macro pack. I clicked on the welcome panel and was directed to the website. I created a new account but after clicking on "place order" I get the error message: "This basket has already been used." I can't find them on my account page either so my question is if this free offer is also available for the Windows 10 app?
