Localised typographic quotes

Type Publisher 1.7.1 in " ' " type in correct quote it show. I don't want correct quote it. What should i do? Please answer for my question? Thank you

Please, Admin I want to size crop in Affinity Photo. I want to size 1"x1.25" and 300 ppi. how to make it.
