  1. Walt, I think I have solved the problem. It helps when downloading updates to be connected to the internet. Early yesterday I had to move the laptop to do a bit of spring cleaning. I will say no more other than to thank you for you prompt advice. Stay safe and well. Mick norman

  3. High Folks, I have been advised by Affinity there is an update 1.8.3 available which I cannot install. I visit my account to try and download and install but receive same message that the install failed. Can anyone help? Regards Mick Norman
