we do offer a subscription, it will only ever be as an option alongside the perpetual model, for those who prefer it.

The only question is whether Affinity will offer a subscription in the future? I have bought a lot of brushes for your software. Especially on the Ipad, I am not willing to pay any subscription fees. I have purchased your software twice (v1. & v2). You say there are no plans for subscriptions at this time. But just wait until the Canva bosses change their minds, because greed is a virus in upper management. RIP, Adobe Alternative.

  2. Question to the tree of knowledge here.

I have a drawing I made in affinity  designer version 1.

    On an iPad Pro.

I wish to export all layers in one hit to apps.

Animation pro and procreate/ procreate dreams.

In the past, I have exported all layers from procreate to procreate dreams with all layers.

Animation pro I save all layers in memory and past directly into there files system.

Affinity designer just the one layer is exported in png (which is what I require)

I tried many a method, I suspect designer not capable then again user error.

Some of you might know a method ?

In an ideal world you would have animation pro/ procreate dreams/ procreate and IOS candy land iPad.

    Regards Rob

  3. Cool thank you Paul, yes that is the hardest link to find.

    https://affinity.help/designer2ipad/English.lproj/contents.xml

I think I have my answer - I did not see a lot in YouTube on how to, maybe my search terms. I can feel a video coming on.

    "

    • With a layer selected, tap Move to Back, Move Back One, Move Forward One or Move to Front on the Transform panel. Using these buttons, child layers can only be reordered within their parent layer."
  4. Hello guys, thank you for the reply.

Paul and Walt, I am referring to the white back ground in Pauls screen shots above.

I prefer this to be grey,  not vivid, hard on my eyes ever so bright.

Procreate, I select layer, background click a colour and I am good to go. (That is the whole screen now grey on iPad)

No need to drag a box on to the iPad affinity photo or indesign, to have a grey calm colour to use as a back ground.

The other question was indesign forum where is it please ?

I am on <https://affinity.serif.com/en-gb/designer/ipad/> see indesign photo click for forum and end up here.

Which I think is just Affinity photo ?

thank you in advance and I go and look at the links Paul.

    cheers Regards Rob

  5. Hi Not my fault, yes I found the "Document>Convert Format / ICC Profile" many options to choose from.

I wonder which is best to choose, when sending the image to the printers.

With regards to the washed out colours, the answer I found by asking Paul Mudditt (thank you Paul )- tone mapping applied resolved the issues to all the HDR.

If you see image 22.jpg the glider and harness are incorrect, image AA is as it should be no issues. You may have to zoom in to see this.

Image "washed out.jpg is without tone mapping. GREG-AP.jpg is with tone mapping.

  6. Hello NotMyFault,

I downloaded the file you kindly posted and used this and then exported that is it.

I have uploaded the exported version  jpeg here, can you also upload your exported jpeg please (jpeg) So I may compare and then maybe I can see why the image is so different from the original posted above (scroll up).

My aim is to export what I see - I have for example watched video below. (note does not share final end result)

So in my case, the method to export HDR and what I see is not what I get.

If you have time why not make a video with voice over explaining to do this ?

Or write in here how to do this please in a ABC style please.

Above all if you have what you can see on the screen and export and have washed out colours.

I as a paid user, I would like to see an easier solution to achieve my end results.

Why make something difficult when it can be made easy.
