I worked with affinity first time yesterday. New macbook pro 15. It is PAINFULLY slow. No way I can use this program for my photo editing. After adding a couple of layers it took a really long time just adjusting the exposure for example.. Impossible to work with. And I was so excited I didn't have to buy an adobe subscription

Thanks for the quick answer! I have OS High Scierra (missed the high there..). But how do I change this, and is there any disadvantage with using this raw engine vs. the default one? Max

Hi. I use a canon 6d mark II and a new macbook pro with OS Scierra.. I still have this problem. What am I doing wrong? Max
