Resize text bloc without scaling

in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

I have just updated my affinity design and the behavior of the text bloc as changed. How can resize my text bloc without scaling its content ?

I dont want to manually insert line return each time I want to change the size of the text bloc.
