Hi, I think the white slider in Lightroom is very usefull. But as an amateur I have no idea how I could reduce the white in Affinity Photo without touching the color balance. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hello, I‘m not a designer and I think thats my issue. I made this Flyer in Black and White and did the mistake to do it first in RGB. It looked as I wanted, but I noticed that I still need to convert it into CMYK. After I did it simply doesnt have that deep black I wanted. It looks faded and too bright no matter what I try. Tried different color codes but none works. It works as jpeg export in cmyk but not as pdf. What am I missing? how can I get the same results as in RGB? Thanks!

yes it is the dpi. Just tested it. Thanks a lot.

Both units in pixels. But DPI settings are different. Is this the reason?

Hello, when I copy a text from one into another in Designer, it changes size. For example from 12 pt to 25 pt. Thats the first issue. Second problem: Sometimes even the ratio of a size seems to change. Size 12 is smaller in one document than in the other one. I dont understand why? Please helpt me. Its impossible to work like this because i need the exact same size in every scene.

Hi, so I´m having quite a trouble with this file. I´ve made a lion Logo and everytime I put a gradient on it or I put layers (color edits) on it, it screws up export. Whether it´s that the paths are transformed into images, or it doesnt export with the changes or in case of a gradient it only exports parts of the object. any Idea why? In this example Designer only exports the head. Original Löwe.afdesign test.eps

The same problem with another file though. Only the head is exported.

It works with another files. But it worked fine in the past with this one. I´m done for now.

Now after exporting with a gradient I´m getting only the head exported. THis is driving me crazy Logo Klassisch Orange - exported with gradient.eps

I feel like it has something to do with export settings. Now I am able to export it as eps with curves as I will attach o this answer. The problem is: it changes back to the original color. Changes ain´t saved. Logo Klassisch Orange2.eps

Thanks for replying! Thats what I try but all the elements dissapear after saved. When opening the .eps or .pdf document I will only have a "picture". So it´s no more a curve. I don´t get it. If I remember it right it worked in the past. I will attach two screenshots. One where I have the original data with the paths and the second one after saving as eps.

Hello, I don´t know how its called in english so I will try to describe my problem. I´m working with a Logo and this Logo is made of different curves. I needed to put some color gradient on it and change up contrast (mask) Now I export it as pdf, svg or eps. But afterwards I whether have a picture or the old curves without the changed colors. So how can I save this in a way other people could use it as curve with the new colors in e.g. Illustrator? Thanks for helping!
