[question on downsizing to target file size]

I am watching a video from ShutterStock on rejected photos.  The host recommends downsizing if the image if it is slightly soft in focus, when zoomed to 100%.   

 

Is there a feature to reduce the file size to a target size?  For example, I want a 5mb file size.  Is there an option to enter the target file size, instead of export, change the number of pixels and wait for the calculated expected file size?  Thank you.

 

I am working with version 1.5.2.  I can’t update because I purchased the software under a different AppleID, and had it deleted to avoid confusion between the different accounts.  (Yeah, I know, I was careless).
