  1. Chris, thanks for the quick reply. OK, so..

    1) Updated my M1 Air to MacOS 11.2.3 and AP 1.9.1- confirmed AP adjustments work fine. On my Mac desktop, same OS and AP version, adjustments don't work

    2) Associated symptom: All my studio panels open with the app as normal - EXCEPT for the adjustments panel. I have to manually open it.

    3) Am using an Apple Magic trackpad. To check for the pixel shift problem, I tried an old wired mouse. No difference.

    4) Re-downloaded and installed AP. Problem persists

    5) Must be something in my AP installation or in the OS.

    6) Anything I can do to make a "clean install" of AP? What prefs to delete?

    7) Next step, rebuild the OS - ugh

Thanks for your attention. Love the program, use it every day.

  2. Sorry for my confusion on the MacOS versions...

After updating to MacOS 11.2.2 I updated Affinity Photo to 1.9.1. Adjustments no longer work. the panels don't open. Yes, I know the new procedure. Updated to MacOS 11.2.3, same thing. Tried all the usual stuff, restarting, reinstalling, etc. Nada. Time Machine back to previous version - works fine. ???

Also, installed 1.9.1 on my M1 MacBook Air, OS 11.2.1, no problems.

  3. Greetings all,

Maybe I am missing something, but Affinity Photo 1.6.6 does not seem to be supporting Apple's HEIC format - yet?

Not to overstate the obvious, but this makes the integration with Photos all but useless. When can we expect an update?

I wouldn't be complaining if I didn't love AP so much and want to use it every day in the best possible way.

    Marko
