Hey guys,
i dont if someone had the same problem or this topic even exists already, but i have big problem and really dont know what to do.
Problem; when i want to install my fresh bought Affinity Designer for Windows, which i bought online and downloaded it, i also got the email with my product key and so on..
But i am not able to install the software, i get the message: you email or/and key is not valid ???
I also could not find any support-email-addy from Affinity which is also very weird for me
What can i do now?
