I've attempted to sign into my "store account" on numerous occasions and am confronted by this message: "We cant find an Affinity Store Account with the email address you entered."
That same email address seems to work rather well when Serif/Affinity chose to email me additional promotions.
How might I remediate this?

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. This is a status area and not really designed for getting assistance. Please post your question in the questions forum.
You probably do not have an Affinity Store account as you won't have one unless you have purchased software or a book before. Getting marketing emails does not mean that you have a store account. I suggest you use the "New to Affinity" option to place your order.
