Hello! I use Affinity Designer (1.7.1.404, german) on my MS Surface Book with performance base and MS Dial. If I choose the move tool (V), I can rotate the paper with the Dial. If a choose a drawing tool, I can only change the volume with the Dial.That doesn't make any sense. E.g. I want to rotate the canvas while using pen, ... What goes wrong? Regards

Hello! I love the isometric-Tool in Designer! I would like creat isometric vector icons like shte SmartIcon Generator 2 for photoshop (creates bitmap-graphics). Is there in the Designer a extrude-toll like in coreldraw or Libreoffic Draw (see screenshot)? Regards max

Thank you. I would like to know if there is a trick to generate the white border from the lines (open path). -
I want to create graphics that look like they're on paper and cut out. I want to duplicate this paper form and move it for a shadow. The result should look like in the OpenClipart example: https://openclipart.org/detail/160609/new-cartoon-giraffe I don't get a suitable result with the effects. The graphics consist of lines and are in a group. Is there a possibility to create a border automatically (like in the example manually)? Regards test.afdesign

Sorry. It dosn´t work. - I am not able to create a wedge nib vector brush. - I found no wedge nib vector brush in the shops.

Thank you. The Screenshot looks like the Bitmap Brush. I want to have a wedge-nib as vektor brush. I want the brush to be e.g. wider is when I draw horizontally and narrower in the diagonal for a dynamic drawing as on a flipchart. Regards

The Colors in my Affinity Designer are wrong. White is not white. See screenshot. The same problem in the colorpalette. What goes wrong? Regards Max
