hi there, happy to help you. i coming back to upgrade the ressource ! because with the Affinity designer 1.3.2, we can use the navigator( in the previous version, AD doesn't keep the transparency). Download this .ZIP with the ressources before to start: Crop mark 1 - Add 10mm on your document for the bleed. (like in the first step of my tuto) 2 - Press shitf+CMD+M to show the media navigator. 3 - Right click, add folder and select the folder that you download previously. 4 - Drag and drop at right place and this done ! thank

Thanks, It's old school way… But i hope in the future it's gonna be fully integrated in AD tools (like the spot color, because here i put 400% black, but for the prepress process, it's not good). and more simple !

Hi AD Buddy. I give you my library of crop mark for Affinity Designer. this print sign is ready to print. for this example i use A4, but you can use for every format you want. i'm Working on version of this crop ca be used with media library palette… but, it doesn't work with AD file. Step 1 : Setup your page. Add +20mm to your format and set the marges at 10 mm everywhere to define you format with it. everything outside the marges is the bleed. Step 2 : Add your crop mark. Now add you crop mark on the four corner like this : Don't forget to use snapping tool to be snapped on the corner. Step 3 : Add color bar and name project. You can add this informations where you want… me, i put it on the top and the bottom Don't forget to name your project. Step 4 Create or add your creation. Let's start your creation, or add it… if your creation is already created in another document don't forget your bleed… Step 5 Export Don't forget to check this case… because i got some problems with AD and font embedded. thanks for watching ! Hi, I show you my last work (juste for fun). An icon who represente a fried egg icon for iOS ! I made it, only with simple shape, fx an gradient effect ! the idea was come when look an old tuto for Sketch and when i cooked fried egg for the diner (inspiration is everywhere !)… I have keep the background color (because i like the gradient), and i created my icon on it ! Are you working on cmyk ? And You try to export then in png ? We need more info.

awaiting the addition of pantone Palette in a future build AD. I found it on AD forum ! https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/3442-color-palettes-incl-converter/?hl=pantone It's not a real pantone color, i can usefull (when you have a color bridge).

Hi, i don't know where i can post my question ! But i think here is good ! AD is not out on ipad. But i would like to know if an ipad is useful as graphic designer, because i'm hesitant ( i want to buy one, but i'm not sure) What kind of app i can use except Procreate… or iDraw (or AD ;) ) to create a draft of my composition of my print design ? If i have to buy one active pen and for what ? Thank you for your answer.

Because i have completely uninstall CC on my mac. because i think AD and pixelmator can replace Adobe CC ( i really attempt pantone support and Spot color). thanks ! Clém

Hello, i want to show you my work for Identisol. one company who work in isolation & renovation in France. For now, i'm working on the identity for the company. after i will begin the business card, Flyer, and other print product. If i show my work, it's because, this is my first complete (not complete for the moment, i will finish it very soon) job i do with Affinity designer. and for now AD is very powerful and fast ! there is a little bug, but we can work with it. so tell me, what do you think. and thank you for watching !
