Same here in the U.S. They make a good product but they absolutely suck at customer service.

Ordered AP workbook the day I received the email (11/23) but so far nothing but the funds have removed from my account. When may I expect it or at least an email that it has been shipped? Order number AFZ171P70D. You guys sure make it hard to get support.

Finally! Thank you very very much. I was under the mistaken understanding that clicking on the macro would automatically run it. I must have missed that part in the video. Thank you again.

I've done that, many times.

Reinstalled AP and all macros working except epic skies. Still get same results as in the image above. Redownloaded and reinstalled the macro no help. Anyone else having an issue or know how to fix it?

That isn't exactly true, they don't run if I click on the macro in the library panel but they will play if I right click, select edit macro, then click the play icon. What am I missing here. I watched the video on the uplift epic skies and the macro ran when he clicked on it in the library panel. Edit: I left out my OS version. It is 10.12.6. Also attaching a screen shot to show what I get when I run the macro from the edit column. Notice the uplift clouds layer and all it says is Sample description text so clearly it isn't working. I have reinstalled it several times and still behaves the same. None of the macros in the library will run.
