Where do I look to confirm account on Designer

Paul Furness posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

I have installed all three affinity products (Photo, Designer and Publisher), Photo and Publisher are linked to the same account. Somehow I have purchased Designer under a different account so it will not link to the Affinity StudioLink, how do I find the account that it is linked to? Kindest regards Paul
