  1. In some videos on the net I have seen "plug-ins" that allow you to select areas of brightness (luminosity masks) through special macros .... then they manage to change the tones of the mask to include or eliminate some unnecessary areas .... like a sky or a foreground. as I downloaded a mascro that creates the luminosity mask in Aphoto I wanted to know if you can then modify it to increase / decrease the areas you are interested in modifying
  2. Hi , Pauls I meant when creating brightness masks ... that is, you choose Lights 1 for example and then you want to refine the mask to take more or less modification area on the image.
  3. Hello, I wanted to ask if it is possible to modify a brightness mask created through automatic macros so that I can decide which area to work on more and others less. I have seen non-affinity photo videos where the masks can be modified through levels of curves, levels etc. to vary the intensity of the mask and consequently the area of intervention
  4. Hello, does the focus merge function also provide for automatic noise reduction or should the stacking command be used to reduce noise?
  5. I didn't remember asking for it already..... sorry I tried to manually align the images but, since the stars move radially, fixed a rotation point, I don't remember the combination of keys to rotate the whole image
  6. Hi I wanted to know if there is a way to align two nocturnal images of the Milky Way. I tried the stack function but unfortunately it aligns very well with the mountains and not the stars I tried the panorama function but then I don't think I can reduce noise like the photo merge function with stacking. How could I do?
  7. It's a real shame because the workflow would be much faster with a macro that does everything automatically .... hopefully in the next version of Afphoto
  8. It would be excellent if there was a panel or a macro that does it all together ... maybe it also exists but I am not aware of it ... for this I ask here in the AFphoto forum
  9. Yes I had already seen this video .... in fact I was looking for something that could then change the mask just created in case the selection was not as accurate as I wanted .... just like the panels for PS but as I understand it is not possible to do it quite right?
  10. Hello everyone I wanted to ask if it is possible to modify a brightness mask .... in the sense I have seen that there are various macros about it that create brightness selections but once the mask is created there is a command or another macro that allows me to change the mask itself in the case is too narrow or the opposite .... a bit like the famous panels for ps.
  11. I deleted them by mistake ..... today I downloaded the beta 1.8 and I redone them with the beta and they work perfectly .... I then later put them back on 1.7.3 and it tells me invalid format or something similar. ..I think because of the fact that they are two different versions.
  12. If I create a macro that inserts a signature in the photo from a png or af.designer file, the program automatically closes .... it only happens to me with this type of macro I tried to uninstall and reinstall but nothing changes .... it only happens with this type of macro .... the others work perfectly. Af photo I'm using it on win 7 pro Attach screen macro
  13. Yes I also thought about that .... as soon as I re-installed them I created the backup Thanks for the support
  14. Hi, I knew the procedure but I wanted to avoid loading again all the brushes I have ... I thought it existed separately to download and reload .... I reset all the brushes and installed everything again Thank you
  15. I accidentally deleted the basic brushes ... where can I retrieve them?
  16. Did I mean when I separate the group the images remain aligned? .... If they stay aligned it's perfect for me ... I thought they were misaligned separating the stack group
  17. Yes I know the function ... my doubt is once the alignment of the images has been created you should separate the group and then go to act on every single image .... but then the images remain aligned?
  18. I have two or more photos of the same subject (a car) a photo is with a rotated polarizer, one without, one with a flash shot and so on obviously all the photos were taken on a tripod When I use layer masks to cover / uncover the parts of the image that I need, it often happens that the images are slightly misaligned with each other .... in ps there is a command called alignment levels .... I, using affinity photo, I wanted to know if this function exists.
  19. Hi guys ..... is it possible to align 2 identical levels as it is possible to do with Ps? Slewing them and self align them like two identical photos of a car to avoid misaligned parts
  20. I apologize but I use a translator and therefore I don't understand some things immediately
