Clone Tool

When my Clone tool fails I switch from "Current Layer" to "Current Layer and Below" and back again. It works after that sometimes. Other times I have had to go to all three options of Layer as well as switch all around with different tools sometimes, shake up the application, and then it worked. Quitting and restarting didn't work. I have been able to make it work until I completed my tasks. Manhandle it. I've run into stuff like this before.
