  1. Finally.... 1. Restart 2. run: Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter (Attempting to resolve problems with Affinity Photo uninstall) 3. run: affinity-photo-1.8.3.exe as System Administrator message on splash screen "Update" instead of "Install" click on Update Starts the installation....Setup complete.. Activate..with my license... It works again... Thank you for support !

  3. When staring installation of affinity-photo-1.8.3.exe Yet you say is a full installation package, I see only UPDATE button as seen in picture attached. pls. see also the events and system logs. Pls help.Applicaionlogs.evtx
  4. Hi, is there any possibility to have a full installation file for the last version? I was trying without success to upgrade my installation so I have uninstalled my current version. My initial order is Order Number: AL93K2R70F. Updates worked fine all the time till the version 1.8.2 when it sopped installing and starting giving failure report. Please help!
  5. My actual working version of Affinity Photo is 1.8.0.585. I am trying to update to last version 1.8.3. but setup fails. Tried also 1.8.2 with the same result. I am on Windows 10 Pro up to date with all recommended updates.I have even restarted Windows and tried the installation again, but no success. Please help. Fomino Victor vfomino@xnet.ro
