My issue has been resolved. I am able to use my license keys on a Mac.

Sent an email last week Thursday and haven't heard from Serif since. I will still wait.

It appears the folks at Serif want you to pay separately for the windows version. I bought AP and and AD when I was using windows but switched to Mac OS a year later and was forced to buy the apps licenses for Mac which I find very ridiculous and unfair. I have two windows licenses right now for Affinity Photo and Designer which I no longer use and Serif won't even transfer those keys to be used for the Mac versions of the same software.Crazy!
