I try to insert a numbering. 1.1; 1.2; 1.3
But somehow I find no way to adjust this (first issue)
If I start the second (or third) level with 1.1, then the body text and the next numbering is 1.1 again and not as expected 1.2; 1.3 etc. (second issue)
