Really nice work. I’ve been doing a few of these lately as well. I usually paint some shadows of the flowers on the text as well.it will give it a nice depth.

Hi R C-R. I hope my input can help you. I used photo on several iPads including iPad Air 2, iPad Pro 9.7” iPad Pro 10.5” iPad Pro 12, iPad 2018. In General, my experience with Pencil on the new iPad was similar to previous Pro (9.7) iPads. It can handle professional works easily, the laminated screen and 120fps promotion does not effect your professional workflow, but does make the overal experience much more enjoyable. Regarding the pencil lag, unless your really trying to find the difference, its not really noticable and both handle professional works well. The true tone has been a negative point in my experience and i always turned it off while getting pro work done. So to summerize, as a hobbyist, all the iPads mentioned will work fine, and for professionals, except the iPad Air 2, all will work ok and can handle projects well. The only reason i would recommend the iPad Pro to someone over the 2018 iPad is for future proofing it, or they really want the luxurious joy of 120 fps promotion or the gapless laminated screen. Please keep in mind that this is my opinion only on Affinity Photo app, not others.

I think ur problem could be solved by applying the proportional math accuasion from one of the objects to the width or height dimention of the selected group.

Im not sure if my suggestion helps, but when i want to create onion skin effect i just press a number on my keyboard as shortcut. For example If i click 8 it will get to 80% opacity, or 6 to make instant 60% opacity.

Hi. I was wondering if there is anyway I could turn strokes into shapes? For example, I’m writing a letter and I want the fonts to be Bolder so I convert it to curves. I added Strokes and made the stroke width bigger. Now I want to add to stroke to the shape itself. I was wondering if there is anyway to do that? If there is sent, is it a feature you’re planning to implement in future versions? thanks

Hi I have a feature request, I can modify embedded document's Length, Height, Angle, and make them sideways, dont know how to day this one, with the function that looks like two arrow pointing opposite directions. Extremely Useful, But i want to know why not add an extra function of converting the Embedded Document to Curves (but only the Squared ones without real curves.) is it because of hardware limitation? if thats the case i suggest to add the "embed to shape" function , so the embedded conversion become a one time thing. Thank you

This may be a dumb question but specifically, what features does publisher will have that designer is not capable of?

Hi. I see that you guys redid the font section but why go so far but not all the way and let users categorize their fonts, so we can creat our own groups either per projects or whatever. plus, if there was an option for me to search my fonts by their ... how to say ... property or subbranches ... for example if i search for bold, it only shows fonts that has bold variebles or if i search thin, it shows the list of fonts that has thin variables. Kinda like a smart search for fonts, if you get my idea. Also it could be capable of knowing two properties. , for example if i write bold, thin, ... it shows me fonts that have both bold and thin variables. Obviously i have too much fonts so that may be only my reques. But If that happens. that would be awesome.

I like to have a shortcut available to reset rotation since it happened many times to me , i design mostly with my MacBook pro on the go, (thanks to your software i can even get work done on my girlfriend's base model 12 inch, god bless you guys for that.) and i rotate the screen accidentally , i'd like a fox for that. i know a bit about US so i suggest 3 ways to approach this issue: 1. Tiny Pop Up button on the side of the screen, to appear whenever the the screen is not adjusted. (this doesn't have to be on AP since thats mostly work done on photo but on the other hand, for experience consistency i would suggest that to be tried at least.) 2. pop up button available on touch bar whenever canvas is rotated. 3. keyboard shortcut. Thanks guys

I really like to see a Prototyping persona in AD, if it could extend to iPad, it would be even more perfect. I use Adobe Experience Design and Axure and a few others for prototyping, but they are not perfect in my opinion. I know how focused you guys are at improving fluency of user experience and making things feel natural (main reason i ditched adobe CC) so im betting on you guys making the perfect solution. I hope it happens soon though. Cant wait for the day that all i need to sustain my professional workflow is AD and AF, with both on iPad, i may just leave my macbook behidn and start working professionally just on iPad. Cheers.
