I vote AGAIN for a user choice of a default export folder. This has been a source of annoyance and frustration for years.

I too add to this request, as I have done several times before and I'm certainly not the only one, but one of very many. The current setup is frustrating, inefficient and time consuming. There are two gripes with Affinity, this export file location issue and the inability to easily add borders to images. Hopefully this post will keep the thread alive.

Add me as well please. I have posted about this issue in the past. Every time an update comes out I check to see if this has been fixed. Just to demonstrate how ridiculous the situation is; Yesterday I added a plug-in to the Filters and the next time I went to export a file Affinity Photo directed it the the data folder on the hard drive where I store macros, plug-ins etc. as below.

I have requested this update a couple of years ago and would like to add my voice again to the growing number of users who are tired of having to go hunting for an exported file.

Please, please, please allow a choice to export to current folder. I get frustrated having to hunt where my export has finished up.
