  1. Forum usage hint: That attempt to "tag" the bot didn't work. (But that's OK in this case as I had tagged it earlier.) Compare the plain text you used with the form I used. To tag a user, you: Type the @ sign; then Start typing the name of the user; then Select the user's name from the dropdown list that is displayed while you're typing. When it works, you get the highlighted field, such as @Gianni Becattini rather than plain text @Gianni Becattini.
  2. That's for RAW development. Lens correction is also third-party, but would come from Lensfun, instead.
  3. How does it behave if you eliminate using Help, and simply use File > New Batch Job directly from the Menu?
  4. If you read the post by Serif Info Bot above, the problem is supposedly fixed, but if you still seem to have it, you should comment here and tag @Serif Info Bot to notify Serif.
  5. That could certainly contribute to memory problems. Exporting your .afphoto files as an image format (PNG, TIFF, or JPG) would be better for memory management, and when you perform the export, Publisher can detect the changed file and update it automatically in your project.
  6. Affinity 2.2 implemented the function I think you're asking for, Move Data Entry (described on that Help page) but so far it's only in the desktop applications. Perhaps it will come to the iPad soon.
  7. Your X and Y coordinates for the object are not integers. Move the object so it properly aligns to the pixel grid.
  8. The Help files are correct; you were probably looking at V1 Help files, especially if you did a web search and weren't specific enough about what you wanted.
  9. Just select all the ones you want to delete, and click the delete icon. You can click on individual fonts, or click on one and shift-click on another to select a range. That's partly explained in the Help: https://affinity.help/publisher2ipad/en-US.lproj/pages/Workspace/preferences.html
  10. How you delete them will depend on how you installed them, as you might have done that win an Affinity app, or by using an iPadOS function, or another app you've understand. There may already be discussion in one of the other topics.
  11. Additionally, when there is news, then the Serif Info Bot will post in one of the topics tagged with af-367 (which this topic probably will be once Serif reopens for business after Jan. 2, unless a staffer notices this before then).
  12. That's correct. Nothing has changed yet. And all you can do is remove fonts.
  13. Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. If you're pringing on a home printer, using the proper size paper, I don't think you should have Bleed specified. I think that's only used for professional printing when the printing happens on larger-than-needed sheets, which are trimmed after printing.
  14. That's an interesting idea, but isn't it more efficient to simply do the Find operation from the Index panel, and let it find all the occurrences and build the index entries for you?
  15. As mentioned in the FAQ, Stage Manager is not yet supported by the Affinity applications, so I don't think you can do what you want:
  16. If you put the cursor in one of the end notes, and then in the Notes panel click on Go To Reference, do you get to the proper spot in the text? Can you give us a screenshot at that point including the Notes panel and the text where the reference symbol should be (with the cursor in place as positioned by the Go To Reference)?
  17. You need to Rasterize & Trim after the crop, which you can do from the Layers panel (right-click), or the Layers menu, or by right-clicking with the Move Tool on the canvas.
  18. That new 2.2 feature is currently for the desktop applications only.
  19. What instructions did they provide for installing the program, and what format was it delivered in?
  20. Sorry; I've no information beyond what the Affinity Store does say:
  21. The icon for the one you've marked in red indicates it was installed from the Store via the Account dialog. The green one says you imported it manually, and it's linked with the other applications.
  22. Why are you asking about V1, though? While you say you have the Universal upgrade, that only implies you have at least one if the V1 applications. If you haven't already specifically purchased the V1 app(s) for the iPad when they were still available, all you'll be able to install with your Universal license are the V2 apps.
